Our Plan for Welcoming Guests

**The following article has been updated with information regarding our plan to reopen indoor dining at Seven.

GREEN PHASE: REOPENING PLAN

On Friday June 12th, York County moved into the Green Phase of the statewide reopening plan, allowing restaurants to resume indoor dining. To manage the flow of customers, the team at Seven is now accepting reservations and will be following guidelines in accordance with the recommendations of local health officials.

The following article explains everything you need to know about our plan for hosting guests safely and a few changes to the dining experience.

Reopening Timeline

Outdoor Seating

Outdoor dining on the patio is available (weather permitting). Due to limited seating, we are requesting that guests make online reservations. We can accommodate parties of up to six guest on the patio.

Indoor Seating

Our indoor seating is limited to 25% capacity, and all tables will be arranged so that customers sitting at a table are not within six feet of any other parties. Reservations are available for parties of up to 10 people. Bar reservations offer hightop tables in the bar area. Dining room reservations offer low tables and booths.

Bar Seating

According to state guidelines, we are not allowed to have customers sit at the bar.

Curbside and Carryout

We will continue to offer curbside upon request and a full carryout menu, including to-go cocktails, adult slushies, and craft beer.

New Safety Precautions

Our team will be implementing the following safety precautions in accordance with the most recent guidance from local health officials:

  • Masks for Staff - Servers and hosts will be wearing masks.

  • Masks for Guests - All guest will be required to wear a mask until seated.

  • Table Spacing - All tables will be arranged with at least 6 feet distance between other parties.

  • Enhanced Sanitation Between Guest Visits - Tables and chairs will be thoroughly wiped down with disinfectants between guest visits.

  • Staff Hand Washing Protocol - Kitchen and wait staff will be following regular hand washing protocol throughout shifts.

  • Hand Sanitization Stations - Dispensers with hand sanitizer will be set up throughout the restaurant.

Changes to Table Settings

In accordance to state-issued guidance, condiments will not be placed on the table. Guest must request condiments and will receive disposable packets.

We will also be asking guests to utilize digital menus. Each table will have a QR code that will open an up-to-date menu on your smartphone. Disposable menus will also be available upon request.

Reservations

Since seating will be limited, we are requiring reservations for dine-in services. Guests can make reservations online, and reserve a table for up to six people.

Please be patient, as we are doing our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner. To help ensure a safe and enjoyably experience, we are kindly asking guest to:

  • Please limit your stay to 90 minutes. This will allow us adequate time for disinfecting tables between visits and help us to seat all reservations on time.

  • Please do not arrive for your reservation early. We ask guests to arrive a maximum of five minutes before your scheduled reservation time.
